1. Introduction

Welcome to Virb Academy. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, enrollment in training programs, and related services. By accessing our site and registering for any course, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Enrollment & Payment

• Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
• Full payment must be made prior to the start of any cohort, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.
• Virb Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses if minimum enrollment requirements are not met.

3. Program Access & Participation

• Access to course materials is granted only to registered participants and may not be shared.
• Participants must adhere to all course policies, including attendance and engagement requirements.
• Virb Academy reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts the learning environment or violates these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, videos, and documentation provided by Virb Academy remain the intellectual property of Virb Academy.
• Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or resell course materials without prior written consent.

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds are available only if a written request is submitted at least 10 days before the start of a cohort.
• If a request is made less than 10 days before the cohort start date, no refund will be issued.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.
• If Virb Academy cancels a cohort, a full refund or transfer to a future cohort will be offered.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Virb Academy is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• We do not guarantee job placement or specific career outcomes upon course completion.

7. Modifications to Terms

• Virb Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be communicated through our website.
